Welcome to our website. Michelle Wood Events, LLC (“Michelle Wood Events,” “we” or “us”) provides michellewoodevents.com (the “Site”) as a service to our clients and visitors. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Nature of the Site
The Site describes our event planning and design services and lets you contact us. Information on the Site is for general information only and does not create a client relationship. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement. Nothing in these Terms makes either party a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other.
4. Ownership and permitted use
The Site and everything on it, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, design and code, are owned by Michelle Wood Events or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Photographs may be the work of third-party photographers and are used with permission. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.
5. Trademarks
The Michelle Wood Events name, logo and other marks displayed on the Site are our property or the property of their respective owners. No license to use any mark is granted by your use of the Site.
6. Acceptable use
In connection with the Site you agree not to:
- harvest email addresses or other personal information, or send unsolicited communications;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any connected system;

9. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to Michelle Wood Events, LLC, Copyright Infringement Notice, 13900 Windflower Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, or by email to [email protected]. Include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on the Site; your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICHELLE WOOD EVENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT. YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER LAWS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS; IN THAT CASE THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michelle Wood Events and its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
13. Eligibility
The Site is intended for persons 18 years of age or older, or minors using it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Any claim relating to the Site must be brought within one year after it arises. You agree not to bring or participate in any class or representative action relating to the Site. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. The Site is operated from the United States and we make no representation that it is appropriate for use elsewhere.
